My Story

Reflexology and Wellbeing Workshops in Exeter, Cullompton and Topsham, Devon

About Me

I’ve been a Reflexologist for over 20 years and knowing that clients feel better after their treatments is what motivates and inspires me!

I have a nursing background so that medical knowledge helps me to understand client issues. I believe we need a fully integrated approach for living happy and healthy lives….

My interest in natural therapies started while I was still nursing. I experienced amazing health improvements after my first Reflexology treatment and it compelled to become a practitioner… It’s been my full time job ever since!

I’m passionate about sharing Self-Care tips, that can easily be incorporated into daily life. My Wellbeing Workshops are an effective and fun way to share these techniques and ideas… I love growing a community of folks, who encourage and support each other and like to have a giggle together too!

I continue learning on a regular basis and incorporate new skills and fresh enthusiasm to improve my treatments.

When I’m not treating, I love living in Devon, walking on the Moors, swimming in the sea, growing veg, drawing and drinking delicious coffee in quirky cafes!
